TIMERGARA: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf Parliamentarians (PTIP) candidate for PK-16 and former provincial minister for finance Muzaffar Saeed on Tuesday said that the incomplete projects in the area would be completed if he was elected as member of the provincial assembly.
Speaking at a party corner meeting at Soghalay Talash, the former provincial minister said that several development projects, including the Talash Bypass Road, Timergara Medical College, degree colleges for boys and girls inTalash, etc, were initiated by him.
“These vital projects remained incomplete during the last five years,” he added.Muzafar Saeed, who was defeated by the PTI’s Malik Shafiullah Khan in the 2018 general election, said that he joined the PTIP led by former chief minister Pervez Khattak as he knew him well.
Pervez Khattak would be the next chief minister in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and he would work for development of the province, he added.Muzafar Saeed asked the people of his constituency to vote for the PTIP. He said that work on the much-awaited Gopalum Irrigation channel would be started once the PTIP came into power in the province. “I will complete all the incomplete development projects if elected as MPA from the area,” he added.
Meanwhile, the PTIP candidate for PK-14 Brigadier (retd) Saeedullah Khan demanded the government to take notice of the inflated gas bills and provide relief to the SNGPL consumers.Talking to local journalists in Timergara, he said the SNGPL had sent inflated bills to its consumers.
