JAMRUD: Police have seized 70kg of heroin, 10kg of chemicals used in heroin production, and equipment during a raid, Khyber District Police Officer (DPO) Saleem Abbas Kulachi said on Monday.
Speaking to journalists at the Jamrud Police Station, the DPO said the police conducted a raid in the Kharki area of Jamrud tehsil Monday morning, and discovered a heroin factory. He discussed the detrimental impact of drugs on society and urged collective responsibility in raising awareness against drug abuse.
