Police solve murder case of body found in Liaquatabad on Jan 2

Officials said that on January 2, 2024, the body of an unidentified person was found in the house

The District Central’s Liaquatabad Operation and Investigation police have solved the murder mystery of a body that was found in a house in Qasimabad.

Officials said that on January 2, 2024, the body of an unidentified person was found in the house No 451 in the Qasimabad area of Liaquatabad. The body had a head injury. It was shifted to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital and police started investigations.

Later, the deceased man was identified as Ghausul Hassan, son of Abul Hasan. The Liaquatabad police registered a murder case on the complaint of the deceased man’s son Ali Hassan.

Acting on the basis of human intelligence and technical basis, police arrested a woman and her son, identified as Hina, wife Naeem, and 17-year-old Hamza, son of Naeem, respectively in connection with the case.

During the investigations, it was revealed that the woman knew the deceased man and was present at the house of the deceased on January 2 when her infuriated son Hamza came and killed the man with a stick. Further investigations are underway.
