LAHORE: An analysis of the tickets issued by the PMLN in Punjab shows that most of the candidates are landowners, while businessmen are second.
Interesting facts came out after examining the professions of election candidates of PMLN for the National Assembly. Sixty PMLN candidates are associated with agriculture. While 53 candidates belong to the business class. The source of income of seven candidates in Punjab is law practice. Six doctors have also been able to get tickets while the rest of the candidates consider politics as their source of income.
