Rally in favour of Gen Raheel Sharif

MULTAN: The Pakistan Patriot Forum took out a rally in favour of COAS Gen Raheel Sharif here on Friday.
The rally led by PPF chairman Hamza Shahid Lodhi was taken out from Chowk Kutchery. The participants lauded Gen Raheel Sharif for removing six army officers on corruption charges.
Addressing the rally, Hamza Shahid Lodhi, Hafeez Joiya, Basit Qureshi, Rana Arif, Farhan Ansari and Mian Razzaq said that the army had launched the Zarb-e-Azb operation against the terrorists and purged North and South Waziristan of the terrorists. Now, the army had launched a successful operation against the criminals in Kacha Area of south Punjab, they added. They said that the Rangers had brought peace in Karachi.
