ISLAMABAD. The Accountability Court duty Judge Shah Rukh Arjumand has extended the physical remand of the former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry for three days in the case of alleged corruption in construction projects in Jhelum.
Duty Judge Shahrukh Arjumand heard the case on Friday and extended Chaudhry’s physical remand in the case of misappropriation in land procurement for the Pind Dadan Khan-Jhelum Road construction. Earlier, the NAB officials produced Chaudhry before the court after the expiry of his previous remand and requested the court to extend his physical remand to conduct further investigation.
