LAHORE:Punjab Health Secretary Ali Jan Khan signed an agreement for the outsourcing of CT scan services in tertiary care government hospitals in the Department of Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education on Thursday.
On this occasion, Special Secretary Operations Raja Mansoor Ahmed, Additional Secretary Development Agha Nabeel and other officers were present. Punjab health secretary said that according to the agreement, a private pharma firm will not only provide better CT scan facilities to patients in government teaching hospitals on regular basis but also be responsible for the maintenance of CT scan machines in these hospitals.
