ISLAMABAD: The government has carried out transfers, postings and reshuffling of federal bureaucrats.
Suleman Chaudhry, a Grade 21 officer of Police Service of Pakistan, posted in Balochistan government, has been appointed as IG National Highway and Motorway Police under Section 10 of Civil Service Act 1973. Suleman Chaudhry will take charge of the new post on January 14 in the current month. Incumbent IG National Highways and Motorways Sultan Ali Khawaja will retire on January 13.
Shaukat Ali, Joint Secretary Establishment Division and a Grade 20 officer of Pakistan Administrative Services, was changed and his services have been entrusted to the Punjab government. Meanwhile, according to the transfers and postings in the Establishment Division, Joint Secretary Establishment Naila Baqir has been appointed as Joint Secretary CP-1, Establishment Division. While Joint Secretary CP-1 Majid Mohsin has been posted as Joint Secretary (Establishment), Establishment Division.
The Establishment Division has formally issued the notifications of these postings and transfers.
