LAHORE:Very unhealthy air quality along with the cold wave continued to prevail in the City here Tuesday while the Met office warned that day temperature was likely to remain below normal in most parts of the Punjab due to dense fog.
Met officials further warned that dense fog was likely to continue over the plain areas of Punjab, Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa, Upper Sindh during this week. They advised the citizens to be cautious. Rainfall was recorded at Rahimyar Khan and Dera Ghazi Khan only. Tuesday’s minimum temperature was recorded at Leh and Skardu where mercury dropped to -08°C while in Lahore it was 5.3°C and maximum was 9.5°C.
