PSIC board approves service-level agreement under BFC
LAHORE : A meeting of the Board of Directors of the Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC) was held on Saturday at the PSIC Office under the chairmanship of Provincial Minister of Industry and Commerce, SM Tanveer. The Board has approved the service-level agreement to manage the Business Facilitation Centre (BFC) at the provincial level.
In the meeting, commercial and development steps of Small Industrial Estates were also reviewed and approved. Addressing the meeting, Tanveer said that the Business Facilitation Centre has removed every obstacle in investment and made the process of issuing NOC for setting up a new business easy. “Commercialization is the priority of the government and industrialists are being provided all possible facilities to set up new factories," he added.
He said that the establishment of Business Facilitation Centre is a key development for economic activities and job creation.
Secretary Industry and Commerce Ehsan Bhutta, MD PSIC Sidra Yunus, DMD, and board members attended the meeting.
