Syed Sikandar Hayat Shah appeared for the petitioner while Additional Advocate General Danial Asad Chamkani Advocate represented the provincial government. The counsel for the petitioner told the court that the PHC Dera Ismail Khan bench was supposed to hear the case, therefore, it should be transferred there. The additional advocate general requested the court to cancel the interim bail granted to PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur, his brother Faisal Amin Gandapur and father Amin Khan. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court extended the interim bail of the petitioners until January 11 and directed them to appear before the PHC Dera Ismail Khan bench. Justice Waqar Ahmad ordered the government not to arrest the petitioners and provide the details of the cases against them to the court.
