ISLAMABAD: The management of Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to digitise the data of around 13,000 employees of the authority.
The decision has been taken to computerize the data of all employees serving in different directorates and find out the ghost employees.
The Human Resource Directorate has sought particulars of employees from all the directorates till January 31.
There would be a portal of 13,000 employees having details including post, address, employee number, etc. All the employees would also be issued e-pay slips instead of printed pay slips.
The 13,000 employees are posted in directorates of Planning and Design Wing, Services Wing, Environment Wing, Estate Management, Audit and Accounts and others. A meeting of all directors had also been called on January 8 and 9 to brief them on the new system.
