Man killed by friends

CHAKWAL: A man was stabbed to death by his three friends at Bhagwal village in Neela police limits on Thursday.

Hamza Waseem, Saifur Rehman and Khalil Ahmad allegedly exchanged hot words with Irfan when they were returning from a jungle. In the meantime, they allegedly stabbed Irfan to death. Police have registered a case and started investigation.

MAN INJURES SISTER-IN-LAW: A man injured his sister-in-law over a domestic dispute at Mohallah Cha Loharan in City police limits on Thursday. There was a dispute between Waqas Qasim and his wife. On the day of the incident, Waqas and his sister-in-law Tayaba were discussing the issue when he became infuriated and allegedly shot at and injured her. Police have registered an attempt-to-murder case and arrested the accused.
