LAHORE : The PDWP approved three development schemes of the Urban Development, and Auqaf sector, in its 37th meeting at an estimated cost of Rs7.562 billion. Planning and Development Board Chairman Iftikhar Ali Sahoo chaired the meeting.
Secretary P&D Board Muzaffar Khan Sial was also present. The approved schemes included construction of signal-free corridor from Karim Market to Motorway (M-2) Phase-I, Lahore at the cost of Rs2.975 billion, construction of flyover and underpass at Garhi Shahu Chowk, Lahore at the cost of Rs3.952 billion and conservation/upgradation of shrines mosques of Uch Sharif and Development of Pilgrim Trail at the cost of Rs635 million.
