Pakistani diplomats conference from 4th
ISLAMABAD: A three-day conference of Pakistani diplomats posted abroad is being held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad, on January 4.
Pakistani ambassadors, high commissioners and charge d’affaires appointed in various countries have started arriving in Islamabad. Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Dr. Muhammad Faisal, Masood Khan from the United States, Faisal Niaz Tirmizi from the United Arab Emirates, Ahmed Farooq from Saudi Arabia, Khalid Khan Jamali from Russia, Amna Baloch from Brussels, Pakistani Ambassador from Russia Ahmed Farooq has arrived in Pakistan.
Aizaz Khan, charge d’affaires of the Pakistan High Commission in Delhi and Abdul Rehman Nizami in Kabul have also reached Islamabad to participate in the moot. Pakistan’s ambassador to China Khalil Hashmi, is already in Islamabad. According to sources in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pak-Afghan relations will be the main topic on the first day of the conference, in which Pakistan’s special representative for Afghanistan Asif Hashmi will also participate.
