Addressing the central convention of the Sindh Memon Ittehad, former provincial minister and Sindh Memon Ittehad Chairman Sharjeel Inam Memon stated that the people of the Memon community are not abandoned. “Now, Sindh Memon Ittehad has been established, and with the help of Allah, we will not tolerate any abuse or injustice with anyone. Every possible effort will be made to achieve the rights of the Memon community, and I will strive to serve as many people as possible. The entire Memon community of Sindh, including Karachi and Hyderabad, is an educated community,” he said.

He shared that when people from the Memon community approached him to lead the Sindh Memon Ittehad, he initially declined, but they insisted persistently. Memon emphasized that no one should be left behind. “After discussions with some friends, we agreed to unite. Today, the people of Karachi's Memon community are also present here. In this small effort, three major communities are united to work together on one platform.”

The former minister stated that while the government can solve problems, the burden of all problems should not be placed on the government alone. It is our duty to provide artistic education to the children of the Memon community. He explained the importance of character building and announced the opening of technical education centres across Sindh to empower the youth to establish their businesses. He expressed the desire for the Memon Ittehad to collaborate with the Sindh government under a public-private partnership. Regarding his Inam Foundation Ambulance Service, he said that it has been running for seven years, providing services without any political affiliation. He mentioned the ongoing construction of 14 thousand houses with the support of the Sindh government, emphasizing that although it is an apolitical effort, together with the government, they can contribute to serving the country. Memon reaffirmed his political affiliation with the People's Party.

In the convention, Haji Nisar Memon, Supreme Council Sharjeel Khanani, Qamar Zaman Deplai were appointed to the Supreme Council, while Sajjad Imdad Memon, Jaganu Sardar Ayaz Memon, Aslam Memon, Niaz Memon, Okash Memon, Asad Ghangra, and others were appointed as members of the Central Organizing Committee.
