Candidates to submit clearance certificates in Swat

MINGORA: The problems for the intending candidates for the upcoming elections multiplied as issuance of their clearance certificates had been halted due to unknown reasons.

According to police, the returning officer would issue a letter to the relevant department for issuance of clearance certificates. After a formal letter to the department concerned, the police would then issue clearance certificates to the candidates.
