The authorities concerned, especially the finance minister, must ask the Central Directorate of National Savings to immediately start an SMS alert service so that those whose profits are often embezzled by some dishonest staff members could be save from the less payment of profit and the undue deduction of service charges, Zakat and withholding tax, etc.
