TOBA TEK SINGH: Faisalabad Senior Civil Judge Criminal Division Muhammad Nasrullah Watto on Thursday discharged two arrested leaders of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) from Gojra in a case registered by the City police for a protest demonstration seven months ago (May 9), and ordered their release.
The two individuals produced before the court were Usama Hamza, the defeated PTI candidate from NA 105, and Rana Kashif Aslam, the former Gojra Tehsil PTI general secretary. The investigation officer requested their 10-day physical remand, but the judge rejected the request.
