LAHORE:The 12th convocation of CMH Lahore Medical College and Institute of Dentistry was held here. Corps Commander Lahore was the chief guest on the occasion. Pakistan Army has been rendering valuable services in the fields of education and health in the country for decades. Hundreds of educational institutions and hospitals are working under the patronage of the Pakistan Army across the country.
CMH Lahore Medical College and Institute of Dentistry has been playing its remarkable role in medical education for years. So far 1,709 MBBS and 731 BDS graduates have passed out from this institution.
In the recent convocation ceremony, 225 graduates were awarded degrees, certificates and medals. Commander Lahore Corps Lt-Gen Syed Amir Raza was the chief guest at the convocation ceremony of 12th MBBS and 11th BDS. The convocation was inaugurated by Vice-Chancellor of National University of Medical Sciences, Lt-Gen (Retd) Waseem Alamgir. At the beginning of the ceremony, Principal CMH Lahore Medical College and Institute of Dentistry Major General Retired Naeem Naqi welcomed the distinguished guests, students and parents.
