ISLAMABAD: Important appointments have been made in the federal bureaucracy.
Mohiuddin Wani has been appointed as Special Secretary, Federal Education and Vocational Training Division.
Wani, a Grade-21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, was awaiting appointment. Earlier, he had held the post of Chief Secretary, Gilgit-Baltistan.
Federal Secretary Education Waseem Ajmal Chaudhry has gone on leave from December 16 to December 31. For the period of his leave, Mohiuddin Wani has been given the additional charge of the post of Federal Secretary Education. The Establishment Division has issued two separate notifications in this regard.
