Painting exhibition ‘Mother Nature’ held
Rawalpindi : “Mother Nature” Solo Exhibition by visual artist Qazi Zahoor Ul Hassan, was showcased here on Wednesday at Rawalpindi Arts Council.
Provincial Minister for Primary & Secondary Healthcare Dr. Jamal Nasir was the chief guest on the occasion. Solo Exhibition serves as a poignant reminder of the beauty and fragility of Mother Nature. The Solo Exhibition, titled “Mother Nature” is a testament to the importance of preserving and cherishing our natural environment. More than 50 works of art by Qazi Zahoor Al Hasan have been placed in the exhibition. While addressing the participants of the exhibition Dr. Jamal Nasir said that flowers are a symbol of happiness.
The beautiful colours of nature have been created by Allah Almighty in the form of nature for the eyes of human beings. There are seven colours of the rainbow peeping from the dark clouds in the season of Moon Soon or on the earth in the season of spring. Nature has created not only beauty in flowers but also a fragrance that perfumes the heart and mind like no other. The spring of colours and scented flowers are the real beauty of this universe which is not only the ornament of the earth but also the symbol of the glory of the houses and the beauty of the parties. There is magic in colours and the colour of flowers has a significant effect on human habits, mood and personality. The chief guest also congratulated Qazi Zahoorul Hasan for displaying the colours of nature.
Director Arts Council Waqar Ahmad said that “Mother Nature” serves as a powerful reminder that we are all stewards of the Earth, entrusted with the responsibility to safeguard and preserve its beauty. Arts Council always provided its platform to artist to show their talent to world. Hundreds of artists from all over the country had started their career in Punjab Council of the Arts. The exhibition will continue for the general public till 15th December 2023.
