Qazi Arif Ali, director research and Grade 20 officer of the Sindh Board of Technical Education (SBTE), has been given the additional charge of chairman of the Technical Education Board.
Qazi Khalid was given the first number by the search committee for the post of chairman of technical board; however, the former government had stopped the appointment on merit and retained Dr Masroor Ahmad Sheikh as chairman despite his retirement. Dr Sheikh was removed a few days ago by Caretaker Chief Minister Maqbool Baqar.
