PESHAWAR: A United States-based author from Peshawar, Dr Sayed Amjad Hussain, will deliver a lecture at the Peshawar Museum today (Friday) at 3:30pm.
Dr Amjad was born and raised inside the Walled City of Peshawar. He attended Government Primary School, and Government High School No 1, followed by Islamia College and later Khyber Medical College Peshawar (in the 1950s) before moving to the USA.
He will speak about those institutions and the various teachers there who shaped his personality, and about life back then when growing up in Peshawar as a student.
