A comprehensive assessment of the state of the economy was presented through key indicators - GDP growth rate, Budget deficit, Current Account Deficit/GDP Ratio, and Inflation rate.

Highlighting the backbone of economies, the discussion emphasized the pivotal role of remittances, with Pakistan boasting a robust expatriate base contributing approximately $30 billion annually from the Middle East, Europe, the USA, and Australia.

Intellectual discourse extended to MoUs, Preferential Trade Agreements, and Free Trade Agreements, exploring the nuanced interplay of technology in contemporary economic decision-making. The session also shed light on the Fifth Orbit of Globalization, referred to as G-5.

The zeitgeist of economic vocabulary was encapsulated by the in-words: Industrialization, Trade circles, and Internationalization of MSMEs. The IPRI Winter School provided a fertile ground for participants to grasp the intricacies of law and economics, marking a milestone in fostering informed perspectives on the current economic landscape.
