KARACHI: A high-profile delegation from Germany headed by Mr. Muhammad Usman, German Emirati Joint Council for Industry & Commerce, Dubai, Country Head Pakistan met Mr. Muhammad Zubair Motiwala, CE, TDAP.
The delegation, warmly received by the Chief Executive, TDAP and shaded light on Pakistan – Germany bilateral trade and trade promotional activities, a comprehensive overview on the promotional activities was shared with the distinguished delegates.
The delegates on its part highlighted its global presence with offices in various countries, it was emphasized that the Dubai chapter plays a pivotal role in advancing trade promotion activities within the region, focusing on countries such as Pakistan, Iran and the UAE.
During the meeting, the delegation outlined its primary objective of fostering stronger ties between German Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and their counterparts in Pakistan. Discussions ensued regarding the logistical support that will be extended to a forthcoming German delegation specializing in Agro-Textile.
The honorable guest highlighted the German Government’s initiative under “Market Development Program” and “GIZ” for encouraging trade ties between the both countries. The Chief Executive offered space for “GIZ Help Desks” in the TDAP offices across the country.
