Minister, SAPM discuss Health Facilitation Programme
LAHORE : Caretaker Provincial Health Minister Prof Dr. Javed Akram met with Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Dr Amir Bilal in the Department of Specialised Healthcare and Medical Education on Saturday.
On this occasion, CEO Punjab Health Initiative Management Company Dr. Ali Razzaq, Dr. Arif Tajamal and others were present. Health Facilitation Programme and other issues were discussed during the meeting. Dr Javed Akram also presented a commemorative shield to Dr Amir Bilal.
Dr Javed Akram said that according to the vision of Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, we are trying to provide better health facilities to the people. We are promoting quality research in medical schools in Punjab.
Speaking on this occasion, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Dr Amir Bilal said that the federal government stands with the Punjab government to provide better health facilities to the people. We are assuring Prof Dr Javed Akram of full cooperation from the Federal Government.
On Dec 9, a conference is being organised in Islamabad along with the heads of all the medical institutions of Pakistan.
