ISLAMABAD: Despite clear orders of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and Ministry of Interior, several officers are still working on their posts.
The Election Commission instructed the Establishment Division on October 26 to transfer them. The Ministry of Interior on November 20 directed the Establishment Division to transfer the officers without delay.
The letter of the Ministry of Interior referred to the orders of Election Commission.
Officials of the Establishment Division say that no instructions have been received from the Competent Authority yet. Notifications of appointments and transfers will be issued as soon as the written orders are received.
