ISLAMABAD: The Special Court of Official Secrets Act, Islamabad Judge Abual Hasnat Zulqarnain has summoned the jail superintendent for not arranging a telephonic conversation between the PTI chairman Imran Khan and his sons.
Aleema Khan, the sister of Imran Khan told the court that jail authorities were not obeying the orders of the court by not arranging the telephonic conversation. She also requested the court to direct Superintendent Adiala Jail to bring Jail SOPs with him.
The court accepted the request and summoned Superintendent Adiala Jail to the next hearing. In another case, the Anti-Terrorism Court, Islamabad adjourned the hearing on bail applications of three cases against Imran Khan and two cases against Shah Mahmood Qureshi till December 5.
In another case, Additional District And Sessions Judge, Islamabad, Tahir Abbas Sippra extended interim bail of Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana fake receipts case. The court also adjourned the hearing of six cases registered against Imran Khan till December 12.
