Both Lahore and Peshawar are being blanketed by hazardous levels of smog. We must transition from old, fuel-based private vehicles towards more environmentally friendly and sustainable means of transportation such as e-bikes and public transport in order to avoid a repeat of this crisis next winter.
The government must take steps to make this theoretical transition into a reality.
