LAHORE:Anti-Corruption Lahore Region A, along with the magistrate, arrested Sub-Inspector of Ghalib Market police station red-handed for taking bribe from a citizen.
Sub-Inspector Liaquat Ali had allegedly demanded bribe from the citizen to help him in a case, on which the citizen Babar Ali, resident of Gulberg, filed a complaint against him in Anti-Corruption Lahore Region A.
Anti-Corruption Lahore Region A along with the magistrate raided and arrested the cop red-handed while receiving bribe money from the citizen. Marked notes were recovered from the accused on the spot. Region A has registered a case against the accused.
