ISLAMABAD: The Faizabad sit-in inquiry commission has decided to take video records related to the sit-in from the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA).
According to sources, the first official meeting of the Faizabad Dharna Inquiry Commission was held which was presided over by former IGP Akhtar Shah while a member of the commission former IGP Tahir Alam could not attend the meeting.
Sources say the inquiry commission initially called for all the records and also the inquiry report on the sit-in. They said the commission had decided to take the video record from PEMRA related to the sit-in, while a decision will be taken to call all administrative officers concerned in the next meeting of the commission.
