LAHORE: Punjab University’s Centre of Excellence in Molecular Biology (CEMB) organised a condolence reference to pay tributes to Prof Dr Ashraf Tahir, an adjunct professor at CEMB and pioneer of forensic sciences in Pakistan.
On this occasion, PU VC Prof Dr Khalid Mahmood, Director CEMB Prof Dr Moazur Rahman, founding Director CEMB Prof Dr Sheikh Riazuddin, DG Punjab Forensic Science Agency Dr Muhammad Amjad, faculty members, researchers and scientists were present.
In his address, PU VC Dr Khalid Mahmood lauded the contributions and achievements of Prof Ashraf Tahir in the field of forensic science. The VC underscored the importance of carrying forward Prof Ashraf Tahir's vision and commitment to excellence in scientific pursuits.
