Ali Zaman Advocate representing Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Kamran Bangash said in the letter that his client was illegally handed over to the police from one district to another.
He demanded that an impartial inquiry should be conducted as to why his client was being shifted from a prison in one district to a prison in another district.
