Postings, transfers, promotions in federal bureaucracy
ISLAMABAD: Transfers, postings and promotions have been carried out in federal bureaucracy. Agha Wasif Abbas, who is a Grade 21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service posted in Sindh government, has been transferred and was ordered to report to the Establishment Division. Sara Aslam, officer of Grade 21 of Pakistan Administrative Service and Additional Secretary Finance Division, has been transferred and appointed as Additional Secretary in Ministry of Industry and Production.
While Humayun Khan, a Grade 20 officer of Pakistan Administrative Service, waiting for appointment in Establishment Division, posted as Joint Secretary in Interior Ministry. Tauqeer Ahmed, a Grade 20 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Services, has been appointed as Chief Finance and Accounts Officer in Ministry of Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan Affairs. Perbusochi Lal, a Grade-20 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, has been appointed as Chief Finance and Accounts Officer in Ministry of Industry and Production.
Nasim Akhtar, a Grade-20 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, has been appointed as Chief Finance and Accounts Officer in Overseas Pakistanis Division. Ambreen Fatima Malik, a Grade 20 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, has been posted as Chief Finance and Accounts Officer in Ministry of Interior. Riaz Ali Shah, a Grade-19 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, has been appointed as Chief Finance and Accounts Officer in Railways Division. While Anwar Khan, a Grade 19 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, has been appointed as Chief Finance and Accounts Officer in the Ministry of Water Resources.
Fifteen officers of Pakistan Administrative Service have been promoted from grade 17 to grade 18. Flight Lt Ahmed Haroon appointed in Ministry of Planning and Development, Rana Musa Tahir posted in Islamabad, Lt. Muhammad Ahmed Zahir, Capt Zakruf Fida Malik, Muhammad Avaidar Shad and Anil Saeed and Muhammad Amir Ali appointed in Sindh and Tahir Javed and Saqlain Saleem and Tania Rasheed, posted in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), transferred to Sindh after given promotion.
Kamran Hussain Mushtaq and Sarmad Ali, posted in Punjab, have been transferred to Sindh by giving them promotion. Sania Hameed, posted in Islamabad, transferred to KP. Zainab Jehandad, posted in Sindh government, has been appointed in NHA on deputation after promotion. Bakhtiar Ismail, posted in Punjab, has been transferred to Balochistan after promotion.
Section officer Minhas Mehmood has been transferred to Communication Division from Industries Division and Section Officer Muhammad Kamran has been transferred to Industries Division from Housing and Works. Services of Section Officer Muhammad Asghar of Housing Division have been handed over to Senate Secretariat. While Section Office Abdul Hanif of Military Finance Wing, Finance Division, was sent to Housing Division and Section Officer Muhammad Ahmed Usmani of Establishment Division transferred to Religious Affairs Division and Section Officer Imran Rashid of Religious Division was transferred to Military Finance Wing, Finance Division.
The Establishment Division has issued formal notifications of these postings, transfers and promotions.
