PIC to hold 3-day cardiac surgery conference
PESHAWAR: The Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC) is set to host the 12th Biennial International Cardiac Surgery Conference over three days, commencing today (Friday).
The conference will convene renowned cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and health experts from across the globe, including Pakistan. PIC spokesperson Riffat Anjum stated that the conference’s theme is “Empowering Quality Through Collaboration for a Brighter Future in the Cardiac Surgery.”
The Pakistan Association of Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeons (PACVTS) and the Peshawar Institute of Cardiology have jointly made arrangements for the event.
The participants will focus on new developments in cardiology, major and minor cardiac surgeries, non-invasive procedures, innovative treatment options, and research related to heart diseases.
