Art Gala for orphans organised
BATKHELA: Alkhidmat Foundation hosted an art gala for orphans at Degree College Batkhela, featuring competitions in speeches, music, tableaus, paintings, and a food contest involving 320 children.
A medical team led by Dr Saraj Khalid provided free screenings, examinations, and medications for the orphans and their mothers.
Local residents, social figures, and workers attended the event. Position holders among the children received cash prizes and shields, while magician Saleem Jadugar entertained the participants with a magical show.
Dr Saraj Khalid discussed the positive impact of blood donation on health.Other speakers highlighted Alkhidmat’s nationwide efforts, with 27,000 centers across the country and 5,449 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, with disbursement of Rs2.12 million annually for the educational expenses of 320 registered orphan children in Malakand.
