PPP demands ECP action over PMLN meeting in Governor Housee
ISLAMABAD: Information Secretary of Pakistan People’s Party Faisal Karim Kundi demanded of Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to take notice of PMLN meeting at Governor House in Lahore where decisions of election tickets of PMLN were being made.
“The meeting of PMLN in Governor House in Lahore is a question mark for the Election Commission of Pakistan where decisions of PMLN are being made in Governor House, Punjab and the Election Commission of Pakistan should exercise its powers,” he said while demanding the ECP to take a notice of it in a statement on Thursday.
Faisal Karim Kundi said that after the elimination of PMLN in Punjab, Governor House is being used.
Faisal Karim Kundi said that Maulana Fazlur Rahman also has a governor’s house, so he is aspiring to become the prime minister like Nawaz Sharif. He said that it is the decision of the people of Pakistan that Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will be Prime Minister, which will be announced on February 8 through ballot.
