Nation building termed collective responsibility
PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary Nadeem Aslam Chaudhary has underlined the need to seek guidance from Allama Iqbal’s thoughts, saying that it is an individual and collective responsibility of us all to play our role in building the nation and the country.
In a message on the birth anniversary of Allama Muhammad Iqbal, he said that Allama Iqbal through his poetry motivated the Muslims to struggle for an independent state. His poetry highlighted the unique identity of Muslims and provided guidance to them in every walk of life, he added.
The senior officer said that Allama Iqbal was a great philosopher, intellectual, and poet as well as a great leader of the Muslims of the subcontinent whose poetry, ideology, and philosophy were a beacon for the Muslim Ummah, especially our young generation.
