LAHORE: Naseerabad police arrested two suspects for demanding Rs1million extortion money. The arrested suspects were identified as Elon Maseeh and Waseem Maseeh of Bahar Colony. The suspects had hurled a threat by sending a letter to a citizen demanding extortion. “Drop one million rupees within two days wrapped in a black shopper after crossing Gulberg bridge in bushes. Our man will pick the money up”, the letter read. They had also warned against informing police in the letter.
