Over the past 30 days, the world has witnessed unspeakable atrocities being committed by Israel against Gazans, leaving the small Palestinian city in ruins and claiming the lives of over 10,000 civilians, including children. It is heart-wrenching to witness such devastation. A glimmer of hope emerged when the Rafah crossing briefly opened. However, this gesture could not alleviate the relentless bombing and the desperate plight of the people trapped in Gaza.
The urgency of this situation cannot be overstated. It is imperative that the international community unites and demands immediate action against Israel’s atrocities. We must work tirelessly towards a ceasefire to bring relief to the people of Gaza. Every moment counts, and we cannot afford to turn a blind eye to this crisis any longer.
