Grade-21 officer is OSD for last two years

ISLAMABAD: Joint Chief Economist Muhammad Nasir Ali Khan, a Grade-21 officer, has been an OSD for the last two years. There are five posts of Grade-21 in the Planning and Development Division but instead of his appointment to any of these posts, his services have been surrendered to the Establishment Division.

The Ministry of Planning and Development had written a letter on October 1, 2021, to the Establishment Division to appoint him to a Grade-21 post in the Federal Secretariat. The Establishment Division has not posted him though two years have passed.
