PESHAWAR: The provincial government has stopped purchase of books for all the public libraries and the libraries in government colleges across the province.
A notification issued by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Higher Education Department on Tuesday said: “all procurement/purchase of books initiated in all public libraries shall immediately be stopped, if the process has not attained finality and delivery has not been made by the vendors.”
