UVAS contests

The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), Lahore arranged various competitions of photography, short film, music in connection with the spring festival 2016 here on Wednesday. Students from various departments of UVAS participated in these competitions.

According to a press release issued here, in Photography contest, Muhammad Huzefa (DND) won 1st position, Muhammad Adeel Maan (Pathology) got 2nd position while Sajjad Maqsood (BBA) stood on 3rd position.

In short film contest, Junaid Mahmood got 1st position, Tania got 2nd and Ahsan Ali got 3rd position.

In Dub Mash contest, Qasim (IPS) got 1st position, Huzefa (DND) got 2nd and Tania (IPS) got 3rd position. In Music contest, Alim Din (DVM) got 1st position, Ahsan Khan (DVM) got 2nd and Sami Khwaja stood on 3rd position. Agha Rizwan was the chief guest on the occasion and distributed shields along with UVAS senior Tutor Prof Dr Kamran Ashraf to the photography, short film, Dub Mash contests winners while renowned singer Ali Abbas gave away shield to the music contest winner.
