ISLAMABAD: A full court meeting was held here on Tuesday at the Supreme Court of Pakistan building under the chairmanship of Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali.
The meeting was attended by Justice Mian Saqib Nisar, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa, Justice Amir Hani Muslim, Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, Justice Gulzar Ahmed, Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Iqbal Hameedur Rahman, Justice Mushir Alam, Justice Dost Muhammad Khan, Justice Umar Ata Bandial, Justice Qazi Faez Isa, Justice Maqbool Baqar, Justice Manzoor Ahmad Malik, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, Justice Faisal Arab, Justice Tariq Parvez and Justice Khilji Arif Hussain.
The chief justice expressed satisfaction over the overall performance of the court.The full court observed that efforts should be made to reduce pendency. It discussed in detail different ways for an effective functioning of the court so that the dispensation of justice could be further improved.The meeting discussed different administrative and judicial issues relating to the internal working of the court.
