Two POs escape

CHAKWAL: Two proclaimed offenders (POs) escaped with the help of their father on Monday.
Police on a tip-off raided Vahali Bala village in the area of Choa Sadian Shah police station to arrest POs Muhammad Hussnain and Muhammad Sohail. The POs were informed about the raid before the police arrived by their father Mushtaq Ahmed and they fled.
Police arrested Mushtaq Ahmed and registered a case against him.
Choa Saidan Shah police arrested alleged drug peddler Nasir Rafique of Choa Sadian Shah and recovered five bottles of liquor from him. A case was registered against him.
Accident: A car hit another car near Kallar Kahar Interchange on Monday.
Akram Tofail of Lahore told Kallar Kahar police that was hit by a car (LEF-138) driven by Ali Subtain of Gujranwala. Police is probing the case.
