Karachi: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) parliamentary party leader in the Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Khurrum Sher Zaman, has been re-appointed PTI Karachi President by the party’s Chairman Imran Khan.
With his second full term as a member of the PA from Karachi coming to an end, Zaman assumes the role of PTI Karachi president, reads a press release issued by the PTI on Monday.Expressing his gratitude to PTI chief Khan for entrusting him with the responsibility of running the party’s affairs in the city, Zaman pledged his unwavering loyalty to the party’s vision and ideology. He also reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the party’s organisation in Karachi and to ensuring the victory of all PTI candidates in the next general elections.
Zaman said that besides forming a robust cabinet of the PTI’s Karachi chapter, his key priorities include the release of the party’s incarcerated workers and supporters.
