OKARA: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has distributed all Local Government funds among all councillors without any discrimination.
It was said by PTI senior leader Ch Muhammad Sarwar while talking to media after Waleema function of Ali Wasim, son of PTI City president Rao Wasim Abbas, here on Sunday. Ch Sarwar said that the PTI did not believe in chief minister’s powers to utilise all funds. He said that the KP chief minister would have no power to withdraw funds allocated to the councillors. On a query regarding resignation of PTI election commissioner Tasneem Noorani, Sarwar said that such things happen in the world, adding that the issue would be resolved amicably. Former state minister Syed Samsam Ali Bokhari, former provincial minister Muhammad Ashraf Khan Sohna, Rao Kashif Sikandar Iqbal, Rao Khalid Mustafa, ex-MNA Rao Qaisar Ali Khan, Rao Safdar Ali Khan and others were also present.
