RAWALPINDI: The Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) No-I, Rawalpindi, Judge Pervez Ismail Joya on Tuesday ordered Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to produce Muhammad Ismail, an ISI official in court who recorded all telephonic talks of Baitullah Mahsud and terrorists on December 27, 2007.
The court has summoned Muhammad Ismail and four other witnesses and directed the FIA to present them at any cost on Wednesday (today).On the other hand, all kinds of arguments on the statement of FIA forensic expert Noman Bodla have also been completed. Bodla presented full record of Benazir Bhutto’s two Blackberry cell phones on the occasion, which were in her personal use.
Bodla, during recording his statement before the court, said that he had recovered three mobile sets from accused Hasnain Gull and Rafaqat Hussain to complete their forensic and retrieve. On December 27, 2005, both accused were present at Liaquat Bagh around the location of murder place, he said and added that Rafaqat Hussain did call to his father who lived at Street No 8 Dhamyal Camp, Rawalpindi, on the PTCL number after the incident.
