The CDA has invited applications from the general public for the allotment of one kanal plots in the Park Enclave-II housing scheme Islamabad. The noticeable thing is that only four days have been given to people to apply for plot auction.
This is not the first time that the CDA has played this joke with the general public. It is pertinent to ask for the secret behind this strategy of keeping the deadline to such a barest minimum period. Second, why has the CDA invited applications for one kanal plots only?
